I always make every effort to reply to mails sent to me, though sometimes, due to the volume of mail I receive this may take a little while! Also occasionally I have had problems with certain ISP's refusing my mail as my hosting provider has occasionally hosted the odd spammer. They are a very big company and it is really not their fault, so if you wait and there is no response it's probably because of this!
