Note to Webmasters

This page is relevant to Webmasters of sites with complimentary content to alanformstone.com, that is anything related to Scuba Diving, Underwater Photography, Cave Diving and Travel, particularly travel in Mexico and Latin America.

I am currently (July 2005) in the process of completely redesigning the way I handle links to external sites. I plan to use focused, category based directories under each of the main topics, i.e a Mexico directory, a Travel directory, a Scuba diving directory etc. I would also like to add quality, highly targeted and relevant external links to many of the leaf pages. From a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) perspective this is very valuable to the external site as most of my pages have a PR of 4

I welcome external links to quality sites and do not necessarily require a reciprocal link, though it would be nice! It saddens me that due to some serious misunderstandings about the the value of one way links versus reciprocal links by so called SEO experts that the world wide web is being slowly strangled.
