El Chico, Mexico - June 2003

El Chico is a national park just outside of Pachuca close to Mexico City.

It makes for a great escape from the everyday stress of life in the biggest city in the world.

The camping is a easy, though the site was tricky to find. Cabanas are available alongside execlent camping facilities and no problems with open fires!

The cabanas are excellent. Simple but sufficient. Thomas and Bhandath stayed here while Liliana and I camped.
